Designed to add capacity to your existing inserting machine and eliminate costly pre-inserting runs
without altering its jacket or delivery configuration. The Multi-Feeder operates at speeds of up to 15,000 cycles per hour, and has patented features to run your difficult inserts such as glossy single sheets, die cuts, cards, and slick glossy tabs.
The feeder can handle products ranging in size from 4-by-6 inches to 12-by-14 inches.
It collates products on top of each other, delivering a single package to the inserter.
The system is installed perpendicular to your existing Kansa 480, Kansa 760, or Muller 227 inserting machine without altering the location of the
jacket station or delivery. A basic Multi-Feeder consists of a master unit with two feeders and can
be expanded up to eight stations in multiples of two.
