Automatic Padding
The KANSA PADDER SERIES 3 applies a controlled bead of hot-melt adhesive to the edge of pads. The Kansa Padder is a space saver. The machine requires no setup time when changing padding jobs. The clamp bars are spring loaded and will hold from 2 sheets to one inch in thickness without any machine adjustment. The hot-melt adhesive is automatically heated and maintained at the desired temperature for optimum performance.Three models of KANSA Padders are available: KP-2814, KP-3814, and KP-2824 . The Kansa Padder reduces labor by padding up to 38 inches (KP-3814) of multiple-up padded strips, and cycles at speeds up to 2,300 padded strips per hour.
